Kids First Investments

Kids First is an investment in our communities, state and nation. Kids First represents services that address educational opportunities and programs that focus on the needs of young people. Issues such as child abuse, pediatric health and social development have been the primary areas of concern. The Carolinas Credit Union Foundation believes in making investments in the future and that future is our youth. The return on these investments will provide benefits for all of us in the years to come.

The Foundation has contributed to the Children's Miracle Network, Prevent Child Abuse, the Duke Pediatric Bone Marrow Research Laboratory and is currently involved with raising monies for Victory Junction’s Reach Program. These Kids First programs, embody the long time "people-helping-people" philosophy of credit unions and speaks to the mission of the Foundation, which is to enrich the lives of children in the Carolinas.
