
Phase II Grant Application Form for Credit Union Employees and Volunteers
Any employee of a credit union headquartered in North Carolina or South Carolina is eligible to apply for an initial Phase I grant of up to $1,500 following a disaster. Credit union employees who reside outside of the Carolinas are eligible for grant support.
Phase II funding is now available for up to $2,500 to employees and volunteers who have damage to their home that is not covered by insurance or other sources of relief aid. Applicants will be required to submit photos as well as insurance & FEMA documentation and disclose annual household income and other sources of relief received. Funds will not be dispersed to aid in the replacement of furniture, fences, sheds, or detached structures..
